These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Chorenado (the "Service"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use Chorenado.
Use of the Service
Access to the Service requires an active Slack workspace. By connecting Chorenado to your workspace, you grant the necessary permissions for the Service to function as intended.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or Slack’s terms of service.
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service’s functionality.
Privacy
By using the Service, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscription and Auto-Renewal
Your subscription to Chorenado will automatically renew for the same term unless you cancel it before the next billing cycle begins. You may provide written notice of cancellation at any time before the renewal date. If any changes to subscription fees occur, we will notify you at least 14 days before they take effect, and these changes will only apply to the next renewal.
Refund Policy
If you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of your initial payment, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are not provided for subsequent subscription periods after the initial 30 days.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required for security, maintenance, or other reasons.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services, such as Slack or payment gateways. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services and are not liable for any issues arising from their use.
Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications or interruptions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website at https://chorenado.app, and continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chorenado, its employees, and affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chorenado, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes related to the Service shall be settled exclusively in Danish courts.
